Excessive Barking

My Pembroke Welsh Corgi is a yapper. When I correct him he barks back at me and often times when I try being affectionate and pet him, he wants to play and nibbles/bites at my hands. He's just barely over a year old and I know that he's hyper and playful but I also know that if I don't stop this bad behavior now it's going to be much worse behavior in the long run.
